  1. Services Provided

    XFINK shall perform the following services (“Services”) for Client.
  • Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit of Client’s existing website.
  • Perform initial optimization of up to fifteen (15) website pages or product pages.
  • Generate and deliver a written and verbal report detailing the audit findings and recommended actions.
  • Write or rewrite all website meta tags.
  • Write or rewrite Open Graph tags for the website.
  • Create images for Open Graph tags
  • Write or rewrite Twitter meta tags.
  • Create images for Twitter tags
  • Rebuild the website’s XML sitemap.
  • Add structured data (JSON-LD) to each page for enhanced rich snippet eligibility.
  • Submit the updated XML sitemap to Google Search Console (provided Client has granted access to a verified Search Console property). If Search Console access is not available, sitemap will be referenced in the robots.txt file instead.
  • Write or rewrite a tailored robot text
  • If Client does not have a Google Analytics account or Google Search Console account, XFINK can create these accounts on Client’s behalf upon request.

    From the time of receiving deposit it should be done by the next day, but we alot for business three days.

    Total Project Fee: $1,249.95
    Deposit (Non-Refundable):
    due upfront: $624.98.
    Remaining Balance:$624.98
    Due upon project completion and before launch.
    (A fee of $100 added if need us to set up your Google Analytics account / Google Search / Google business).

    XFINK maintains availability via email ([email protected]), phone (415-580-0704), and virtual conferencing platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom. Clients are expected to maintain reasonable availability during mutually agreed working hours. XF is committed to accommodating time zone differences when necessary, provided expectations are clearly communicated in advance.

  5. Ownership and Licensing

    Client Ownership: Upon full payment, Client holds ownership of the final deliverables. Developer’s Retained Rights: Developer retains rights to code snippets, methods, and any reusable IP created during the project. Credits: Developer reserves the right to display a small credit on the site footer unless explicitly waived.

  6. Confidentiality

    All information shared between Client and Developer is confidential and will not be shared without permission.

  7. Indemnification and Liability

    XFINK is not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or reduction in SEO metrics resulting from unforeseen circumstances or third-party failures. Client agrees to hold XFINK harmless from any third-party claims related to data loss.

  8. Dispute Resolution

    If things get messy, we’ll resolve disputes via binding arbitration under XFINK‘s Local Jurisdiction. No court battles here. Arbitration can be handled remotely if necessary, via Zoom or another agreed-upon medium.

  6. XF builds your wordpress site from our designed starter theme, it’s not a bloated samosa, webpack/scss/purgecss, etc…
  7. Includes hosting for a year on Google cloud we handle all the backups and server updates.
  8. After a year it renews to $40 a month
  9. Its all yours free for you to move somewhere else if need be.
